For over fifteen years I've worked where business meets technology. I turn complex processes into smart systems that genuinely help people, and I prefer to build them myself.

The story

As a Zendesk consultant and developer I help organisations, from startup to scale‑up, take their customer experience to the next level: full migrations, smart automations, AI agents and custom apps.

I'm also an entrepreneur at heart. I founded Bidia (sold in 2019) and I'm now building Woonconnector, Taccelerate and Balie.online. Consultant, builder and founder: so I don't just advise, I deliver.

From IT consulting at Atos to Zendesk architect at Quatt, with companies of my own along the way.

    Single-handedly led the full migration from Hubspot to Zendesk, built every automation and integration (Hubspot, Skedulo), and now rolling out AI agents and Zendesk AI.
